I'm traveling home from the UK today after a lovely trip to London and Crickhowell, Wales. This newsletter will be very light but will include a full deal round up next week! While I hope to eventually give the trip highlights via Instagram, here is a quick rundown of this family trip (we had 10 people total!) London: Stayed at Hyatt House Stratford -- this is one of the cheapest Hyatts in London, most nights are 12k per night. You'll need 2 rooms if you have more than 2 people but still it will be cheaper than almost any other Hyatt in London, is very well connected to public transport and everyone gets free breakfast! The biggest issue is the front desk staff seems a bit disorganized. We have been to London 2x before with our kids so had done a lot of of the major attractions before -- but a highlight was the Big Ben Tour! You have to book a very certain day months in advance to secure tickets. After London, we picked up a car at Heathrow and stopped at Stonehenge and Puzzlewood on our way to Crickhowell, Wales. Stonehenge was lovely, has a great little museum. Puzzlewood was magical! Wales: Stayed at this Airbnb in Crickhowell. Absolutely ideal for a large group. Crickhowell is such a picturesque town and this is right in the center of town, a quick walk to a bakery, cafe, pubs, and hikes. It's even right next to a castle ruin which is next to a playground. Crickhowell is a great base to explore a lovely area. One very memorable tour was the Big Pit Coal Mine, I'd say it's the best tour £5 can buy you!
