$500 in 50 days: WEEK 1 DEALS

Here are the $500 in 50 days deals this week!

If you signed up and didn't receive the 2 intro emails, it was a tech glitch on my end that I think mostly affected anyone who has previously done a Swagbucks challenge.

If you're able to deposit $1500 in a checking account, I'd prioritize the Citi checking account deal first as that deal expires on 10/8.

If you didn't already, don't forget to

  • Sign up for Swagbucks if you haven't already. You'll get a new user bonus of $10
  • Make a copy of the Swagbucks Tracker to track your progress. I've preloaded the first deal as an example.
  • Take screenshots of any offers you are completing in case you have issues with them tracking automatically and to remind yourself of the terms. I will also be added these images to my Master Tracker -- if you want to see what deals I'm testing they will also be here.
  • Click the photos or headings to go straight to the deal!

Deal 1: US Bank - 10,000 SB ($100) - $7 fee

You will need to deposit $25 for this deal. May not be available in all ZIP codes. This went pending for me very quickly, within a few days from making my deposit. Easiest to do it from a computer. There is a $6.95 monthly fee you will need to pay one time. Once your Swagbucks hit your account, you can withdraw your $25 and close your account.

Optional: You can choose do also fulfill these requirements and earn $250-$450 from US Bank for completely certain direct deposits.

Deal 2: DraftKings - 6000 SB ($60) - Video on how to find the deal - $10 spend

Mine did not pend yet despite this saying it would within 24 hours so I opened a ticket to complain -- note that there is always a risk that some deals won't track. I was awarded my Swagbucks about 24 hours after I submitted (with screenshots of the cleared bet, and 2 emails from Draft Kings that showed my new deposit and first bet)

Deal 3 Citi Checking - $300 - must apply by 10/8

This year I'm not sure if Swagbucks alone will have quite enough deals to get us to $500 so I will also include other easy-to-earn deals. This Citi checking account will get you $300 fairly easily! You need to unfreeze your credit report to apply!

For this deal you will need to

  • Open a Citi Checking account
  • Deposit $1500 through "Enhanced Direct Deposits" which includes "Zelle® incoming payments and other funds from person-to-person (P2P) payments when transferred through the ACH Network using providers such as Venmo or PayPal" You must do 2 deposits and the total must be $1500.
  • Keep your $1500 in the account for 30 days and until you receive your $300 bonus
  • Withdraw your money and close your account.

Note: this account has a fee but it isn't charged for the first 90 days of holding the account. You qualify as long as "you have not owned a Citibank checking account in the last 365 days, meet Tax Requirements, and are at least 18 years old, you can apply to participate in the Enhanced Direct Deposit Checking Acquisition Offer"
